Copyright on this site

Unless otherwise stated, all original content published on PunyaPaths (punyapaths.com) — including written articles, guides, captions, the site design, and the PunyaPaths name and logo — is the copyright of Jeetu Kumawat and PunyaPaths, © 2024–2026. All rights reserved.

Allowed uses

You may freely:

  • Read, save, and print articles for your personal, non-commercial use
  • Share article links on social media and in private messages
  • Quote up to 100 words from any single article in your own work, provided you (a) credit PunyaPaths and Jeetu Kumawat as the source and (b) include a link back to the original article on punyapaths.com

Not allowed without permission

The following require my prior written permission:

  • Republishing whole articles, large excerpts, or substantially-paraphrased versions on another website, blog, social media account, newsletter, app, or book
  • Translating articles into any language and republishing the translation
  • Using PunyaPaths content (text or images) for any commercial purpose, including in advertisements, paid newsletters, paid courses, or AI training datasets
  • Scraping articles for use in AI training, language models, or generated content
  • Using the PunyaPaths name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation

To request permission for any of the above, email info@punyapaths.com with a description of how you want to use the content. I respond to most reasonable requests.

Stock photography

Where a post uses stock photography (typically from Pexels or similar), the image is credited inline with the post. The copyright in those photographs belongs to the original photographers, not to PunyaPaths.

DMCA / Copyright complaints

If you believe that content published on PunyaPaths infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to info@punyapaths.com with the subject line “Copyright Complaint” containing:

  1. Your full legal name and contact details
  2. The URL of the specific page on PunyaPaths where the allegedly infringing content appears
  3. A description of the original work and proof that you own the copyright (e.g. a link to where you published the original)
  4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  5. Your signature (typed name is fine for email)

I take copyright seriously. If a valid complaint is received, the disputed content will be removed or amended promptly. If you submitted material to me (e.g. a guest tip or photo) and want it removed, just ask — no formal notice required.

Reporting scrapers

If you find PunyaPaths content republished on another site without permission, I’d appreciate a quick email so I can take action.
