📜 Early Life of Tipu Sultan Tipu Sultan was born on 20 November 1751 in Devanahalli, near Bangalore.

The image of the tiger was used extensively in Mysore’s royal emblems, coinage, and even weapons.

Third Anglo-Mysore War (1790–1792): Though fought bravely, Tipu had to cede half his kingdom under the Treaty of Seringapatam.
